- Immediate Cancellation: Request made within 24 hours of payment and before any work has started.
- Inability to Serve: If VIP Filings is unable to initiate the service within a reasonable timeframe due to internal reasons.
- Duplicate Payment: If multiple payments were made for the same service by mistake.
- Technical Errors: If a payment was processed but not registered on our system correctly.
03. Non-Refundable Items

- Statutory Fees: Government fees, stamp duties, and official charges already paid to the government or third-party authorities.
- Completed Filings: Services where documents have already been filed on government portals (e.g., GST portal, MCA portal).
- Expert Time: Professional fees where a significant amount of expert time has already been spent on drafting and consultation.
- Digital Signatures: Costs incurred for processing and issuing Digital Signature Certificates (DSC).
04. Processing of Refunds
All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Our finance team will review and process approved refunds according to these guidelines:
- Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment used for the original transaction.
- Processing time typically takes 7–10 working days after approval.
- The bank's processing time for credit to appear in your account may vary and is beyond our control.
05. Cancellation Policy
VIP Filings reserves the right to cancel any service engagement under the following conditions:
- If the user provides false, fraudulent, or illegal information/documents.
- If the user fails to provide necessary documents despite multiple reminders, leading to missed government deadlines.
- If the user's requirements conflict with professional ethics or legal standards.
In cases of cancellation due to user-side defaults, professional fees already earned may not be refunded.
